KITA bekerja dan berdoa memohon rezeki (rizki, rejeki, rizqi). Rezeki identik dengan materi atau harta. Padahal, rezeki bukan hanya berupa uang atau harta benda, namun juga ilmu, wawasan, keterampilan, kecerdasan otak, kefasihan bicara, dan kesehatan.
Udara (oksigen) yang kita hirup, kebutuhan air, cahaya matahari, hasil hutan, hasil bumi/tambang, atau apa pun yang dapat diambil manfaatnya adalah rezeki.
"Rezeki adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat diambil manfaatnya,” tegas ulama kenamaan dari Mesir, Syekh Mutawalli Asy-Sya'rawi.
Itulah sebabnya, balasan Allah SWTatas sedekah uang yang dilakukan orang tidak harus berupa uang juga. Bisa jadi balasan itu berupa terhindarnya seseorang dari penyakit atau mara bahaya, atau perasaan tentram di dalam jiwa, atau kehidupan yang penuh dengan keberkahan dan kemanfaatan, dan lain-lain.
Hakikatnya yang disebut rezeki adalah sesuatu yang sudah kita rasakan manfaatnya atau sudah dipergunakan. Makanan yang ada di kulkas belum tentu rezeki kita, sebelum kita memakannya. Demikian pula minuman sebelum kita minum dan pakaian sebelum kita kenakan.
Uang yang ada di saku, dompet, atau rekening kita juga belum tentu rezeki kita, karena bisa saja hilang atau kita meninggal dunia sehingga uang itu berpindah kepemilikan, misalnya kepada ahli waris atau orang lain.
Uang baru disebut rezeki kita jika sudah dibelanjakan dan belanjaan itu sudah kita nikmati. Ia juga baru bisa disebut rezeki jika sudah kita belanjakan di jalan Allah dengan zakat, infak, dan sedekah.
Infak di jalan Allah termasuk Amal Jariyah berarti menjadikan uang itu sebagai ”rezeki dunia-akhirat” karena pahalanya terus mengalir hingga ke alam akhirat.
Yang pasti, Allah SWT menjamin ada rezeki bagi setiap makhluk-Nya (QS. 11:6). Tugas kita adalah ikhtiar, doa, dan tawakal untuk menjemput rezeki itu.
"Barangsiapa yang bertakwa kepada Allah niscaya Dia akan menjadikan baginya jalan keluar dan memberinya rezeki dari arah yang tidak disangka-sangkanya. Dan barangsiapa yang bertawakkal kepada Allah niscaya Allah akan mencukupkan (keperluannya). Sesungguhnya Allah melaksanakan urusan yang dikehendakiNya. Sesungguhnya Allah telah mengadakan ketentuan bagi tiap-tiap sesuatu" (QS. At-Thalaq:2-3). Wallahu a’lam bish-shawabi.*
