Kepala Polresta Bogor Kota Komisaris Besar Ulung Sampurna Jaya mengatakan, pelaku pencabulan terhadap delapan anak di bawah umur di Kampung Cilubang Tonggoh, Bogor Barat, Kota Bogor, sudah dilakukannya sejak dua tahun lalu.

Ulung mengatakan, pelaku adalah seorang guru agama di wilayah tersebut.

Pelaku juga diketahui memiliki rumah kontrakan yang diduga digunakan pelaku untuk mencabuli korbannya yang rata-rata berusia antara 6 sampai 13 tahun.

"Dari pengakuannya, pelaku menceboki dan memegang kemaluan korban. Dia melakukan itu sejak tahun 2016," ucap Ulung, Selasa (27/3/2018).

Ia menambahkan, perbuatan pelaku diketahui setelah salah satu dari keluarga korban melaporkan kejadian yang dialami anaknya itu ke Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Polresta Bogor Kota.

Modusnya, sambung Ulung, pelaku menyuruh korban untuk mengambil air wudu.

Saat korban sudah masuk ke kamar mandi, pelaku juga ikut masuk.

Pelaku melakukan tindak asusila tersebut dengan cara menggerayangi dan mencium bagian tubuh korban yang sensitif.

Untuk melampiaskan nafsu seksualnya, pelaku kemudian memasukan jari ke alat kelamin korban.

"Pelaku melakukan perbuatannya di dalam kamar mandi kontrakannya," katanya.

Polisi menjerat pelaku dengan Pasal 76D junto 81 dan Pasal 76E junto 82 Undang- undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2012 tentang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman kurungan penjara maksimal 15 tahun.

"Polisi turut melibatkan lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) serta Pekerja Sosial (PEKSOS) untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap para korban," pungkas dia.
