  1. Dzikir: Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Lailaha illallah, dan Allahuakbar sebanyak 33 kali.
  2. Baca; “Hasbunallah wanikmal wakiil nikmal maula wanikman nasiir”  sebanyak 7.
  3. Al Ikhlas, Al Falaq, dan An Nass, meiupkannya ke dua telapak tangan dan mengusapnya keseluruh tubuh setiap selesai shalat atau sesuai sunnah dilakukan sebelum tidur. [Diriwayatkan Al Bukhari, 11/125 Fathul Bari.]
  4. Selepas Shalat Subuh baca: “Lailaaha illallahu, wahdahu laa syariikalahu, lahulmulku walahul hamdu, wahua ‘ala kulli saiyiing qadiir” . Sebanyak 100kali, jika tidak selesai saat itu, upayakan dzikirkan sepanjang hari hingga 100 atau lebih.

– Selepas Magrib, baca 10 Ayat Albaqarah (1-4, 255, 284-286).
– Selepas Isya atau sebelum tidur ambil wudhu dan bacakan ayat kursi dan mohon perlindungan Allah. [Ini yang dilakukan Rasulullah Saw, dalam Hadits Bukhari, 1/357, Fathul Bari, dan Muslim, 17/32, Nawawi. Adapun ayat Kursi diriwayatkan Al Bukhari 4/478].
– Membaca asma Allah dalam 3 kondisi; saat marah, sedih dan takut.

– Baca atau dengarkan Ayat Kursi berulang-ulang selama 1 jam setiap hari.

Harus diketahui, bahwa jika anak seperti ini berhasil menikah maka gangguan selanjutnya adalah pada kemandulan dan ancaman perceraian karena jin masih aktif dalam tubuh dan ia tidak ridha.
