Ma'asyiral Muslimin Jamaah Shalat Jumat Rahimakumullah! 
Keputusan seorang manusia untuk memeluk Islam, menyatakan keimanannya pada Allah SWT sebagai Tuhannya dan meyakini Muhammad Saw sebagai utusan-Nya, merupakan keputusan tepat sekaligus mengandung sejumlah risiko. 

Ketika seseorang mengatakan beriman, Allah SWT tidak akan membiarkannya begitu saja, tetapi akan memberinya ujian demi ujian --juga serangkaian hak dan kewajiban sebagai konsekuensi-- untuk mengetahui apakah ia benar-benar beriman atau sebatas pengakuan lisan saja.

Firman Allah SWT, "Apakah manusia itu mengira bahwa mereka dibiarkan mengatakan 'kami telah beriman', sedang mereka tidak diuji? Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah menguji orang-orang sebelum mereka, maka sesungguhnya Allah mengetahui orang-orang yang benar (imannya) dan orang-orang yang dusta (munafik)." (QS 29:2-3)

Ibarat seorang pria menyatakan cintanya pada seorang gadis, pria tersebut tentu harus menunjukkan dengan perbuatan/sikap cintanya itu, sehingga sang gadis benar-benar meyakini cintanya. Seorang mukmin pun demikian. Ia harus menunjukkannya dengan sikap atau amal betapa ia benar-benar beriman pada Allah SWT dan Rasul-Nya, sehingga ia menjadi mukmin sejati dan berhak hidup bahagia dan masuk surga di akhirat kelak.

Iman merupakan kunci keislaman seseorang. Seseorang yang menyatakan beriman, dengan mengucapkan dua kalimat syahadat, secara lahiri ia sudah menjadi anggota komunitas umat Islam. Masalah apakah ia benar-benar beriman atau hanya pengakuan lisan saja, itu urusan dia dengan Allah SWT.

Dalam suatu peperangan seorang sahabat membunuh orang kafir, padahal si kafir itu telah menyatakan iman pada Allah SWT dan kerasulan Muhammad. Nabi Saw pun marah. Namun sahabat tersebut punya alasan. Menurutnya, si kafir tadi masuk Islam secara terpaksa karena berada di bawah ancaman pedangnya atau karena takut dibunuhnya. Nabi menyatakan, mengapa tidak sekalian saja diambil hati si kafir itu dan dapatkah dilihat apakah ia benar-benar ikhlas atau terpaksa menyatakan beriman.

Dari peristiwa itu, ihwal ikhlas atau terpaksa, atau ihwal keadaan hati seseorang hanya Allah SWT yang tahu secara jelas. Manusia hanya bisa menduga-duga.

Al-Quran menggambarkan, orang yang menyatakan beriman ibarat melakukan transaksi jual-beli dengan Allah SWT. Orang tadi "membeli" surga dengan jiwa-raganya, atau "menjual" jiwa, raga, dan hartanya pada Allah SWT dengan bayaran keridaan-Nya.

Firman-Nya, "Sesungguhnya Allah membeli dari orang-orang mukmin diri dan harta mereka dengan memberi imbalan surga pada mereka." (QS at-Taubah:111)

Dan sebagian manusia ada yang menyerahkan diri mereka untuk mendapatkan keridaan Allah... (QS al-Baqarah:107)

Mukmin yang benar-benar beriman adalah mereka yang siap menyerahkan segala yang ada padanya pada Allah SWT. Ia siap melaksanakan semua perintah-Nya dan menjauhi segala larangan-Nya. Ia pun siap melaksanakan atau menghadapi segala ujian dari-Nya, untuk menunjukkan kesungguhan keimanannya.

Jadi, setiap mukmin harus siap melaksanakan segala perintah Allah SWT dan menjauhi segala larangan-Nya (ajaran Islam). Mukin sejati mempunyai sikap dasar sami'na wa atho'na (kami dengar dan kami patuh), sebagaimana firman Allah SWT,

"Sesungguhnya jawaban orang-orang mukmin bila mereka dipanggil kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, agar Rasul menghukumi di antara mereka, ialah ucapan 'kami dengar dan kami patuh'. Dan mereka itulah orang-orang yang beruntung." (QS 24:51)

"Dan tidaklah patut bagi seorang mukmin, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, jika Allah dan Rasul-Nya menetapkan suatu ketentuan akan ada bagi mereka pilihan lain tentang urusan mereka. Dan barangsiapa mendurhakai Allah dan Rasul-Nya (berpaling dari ketentuan itu), maka sesungguhnya ia telah sesat dengan kesesatan yang nyata." (QS 33:36)

Ma'asyiral Muslimin Jamaah Shalat Jumat Rahimakumullah! 
Ujian Allah SWT bagi setiap mukmin antara lain berupa kebaikan dan keburukan, kesenangan dan kesusahan (QS 21:35, 89:15-16)). Setiap mukmin sejati akan menghadapi kebaikan/kesenangan dengan syukur dan menyikapi keburukan/kesusahan dengan sabar dan tawakal. Kemudian ujian berupa harta dan diri (QS 3:186), pangkat atau jabatan (QS 6:165), dan lainnya.

Seorang mukmin sejati tidak akan lupa diri dan bersikap takabur ketika mendapatkan kesenangan, kebaikan, harta, dan pangkat. Karena ia menyadari bahwa itu semua adalah ujian Allah SWT. Artinya, Dia mengujinya apakah kesenangan dan lainnya itu akan disikapi dengan syukur, dipergunakan sesuai garis yang ditentukan-Nya, atau malah kufur dan menyalahgunakannya.
Demikian pula ketika seorang mukmin menghadapi kesusahan, keburukan, atau musibah. Ia akan menyikapinya dengan sabar dan tawakal. Ia sadar bahwa semua itu merupakan ujian dari Allah SWT.

Setiap mukmin juga harus siap berjihad di jalan Allah SWT (QS 9:16), yaitu berjuang dengan mengerahkan segala daya, upaya, harta, dengan pengorbanan jiwa, raga, harta, ilmu, dan segala apa yang dimiliki demi tegaknya syiar Islam. Jihad juga berarti menahan atau mengendalikan hawa nafsu (nafs al-amarah) yang, dengan dukungan godaan setan, selalu mengajak pada perbuatan maksiat dan pelanggaran terhadap aturan Allah SWT.

Setiap mukmin menyadari bahwa ajaran Islam bukan hanya untuk diamalkan, didakwahkan, tetapi juga harus dilindungi atau dijaga kesucian dan keluhurannya. Setiap mukmin tidak akan rela jika ada pihak yang melecehkan Islam, baik melalui penghujatan terhadap al-Quran maupun terhadap Nabi Muhammad Saw.

Namun demikian, setiap mukmin pun (harus) menyadari, termasuk pelecehan Islam juga jika wahyu Allah SWT ini diabaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, alias tidak diamalkan.
Beratkah menjadi seorang mukmin yang benar-benar keimanannya? Tidak, jika keimanan itu ikhlas atau sepenuh hati. Dan, ya jika keimanannya setengah hati atau terpaksa. Dan al-Quran sendiri telah mensinyalir adanya orang yang beriman setengah hati dengan firman-Nya,

 "Dan di antara manusia ada yang mengabdi pada Allah dengan berada di tepi (setengah hati, ragu-ragu). Jika kebaikan menimpanya, ia merasa tenang dan jika ditimpakan padanya kerugian berbaliklah ia ke belakang. Rugilah ia di dunia dan akhirat dan itulah kerugian yang nyata." (QS al-Hajj:11).
