Ada beberapa pertanyaan yang mau saya tanyakan:
1. Apakah meletakkan pergelangan tangan kanan di atas pergelangan tangan kiri saat bersedekap (sholat ) sesuai dengan dalil? Ada contoh dari Rasul?
2. Waktu larangan sholat ketika matahari tepat di atas kepala hingga condong, kalau dikaitkan dengan jam, jam berapa?
3. Boleh tidak mandi biasa (mandi untuk menyegarkan dan membersihkan badan/bukan mandi junub), tapi tata caranya seperti mandi junub, dengan tujuan setelah selesai mandi tidak perlu wudhu lagi, karna saya apabila mandi di sore hari sering kali waktunya mendekati waktu magrib? Mohon jawabannya.

JAWAB:
1. Meletakkan pergelangan tangan kanan di atas pergelangan tangan kiri saat bersedekap (sholat ) itu contoh dari Rasulullah Saw. Dalilnya a.l.

"Kami, para nabi, diperintahkan untuk segera berbuka dan mengakhirkan sahur serta meletakkan tangan kanan pada tangan kiri (bersedekap) ketika shalat." (HR. Ibnu Hibban dan Adh-Dhiya' dengan sanad shahih).

“Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam meletakkan tangan kanannya di atas tangan kirinya.” (HR. Muslim dan Abu Dawud).

2. Waktu-waktu yang dilarang melakukan salat a.l. ketika matahari berada di puncak atau tepat di atas kepala (tepat tengah hari), disebut juga Titik Zenith, hingga bergesar ke arah barat.

“Ada tiga waktu, yang kita dilarang mengerjakan shalat atau menguburkan orang meninggal pada waktu itu; yaitu ketika matahari terbit sampai menjadi tinggi, ketika matahari berada tepat di atas kepala sampai tergelincir, ketika matahari menjelang terbenam sampai matahari terbenam”. (HR. Muslim).

Jamnya tidak bisa ditentukan secara tetap, karena berubah-ubah, sebagaimana berubah-ubahnya waktu shalat zhuhur, kadang beberapa menit sebelum jam 12.00, kadang beberapa menit setelahnya.

3. Seseorang yang bersuci dari hadats besar (mandi junub), maka otomatis dia juga bersuci dari hadats kecil, sehingga tidak perlu wudhu lagi.

“Rasulullah Saw mandi, lalu shalat dua rakaat, dan saya (Aisyah) tidak melihat beliau berwudhu lagi setelah mandi.” (HR. Abu Daud dan Ahmad).

Namun, jika mandi biasa (bukan mandi junub), maka tetap harus wudhu' dulu jika hendak shalat, sebagaimana firman Allah SWT:

“Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kamu hendak mengerjakan shalat, maka basuhlah mukamu dan tanganmu sampai dengan siku, dan sapulah kepalamu dan (basuh) kakimu sampai dengan kedua mata kaki” [QS. Al-Maidah:6]. Wallahu a'lam.
