Sholat Tasbih yang Dianjurkan Nabi Muhammad Untuk Dikerjakan Meski 1 Kali Seumur Hidup


Sholat ini disebut Solat Tasbih kerana diucapkan tasbih sebanyak 300 kali dalam empat rakaat solatnya.
Solat Sunat Tasbih dianjurkan kalau boleh tiap-tiap malam, andaikata tidak sanggup, kerjakanlah sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam seumur hidup.
Sholat sunat Tasbih ini telah diajarkan oleh Rasulullah SAW kepada Saidina Abbas bin Muththalib. Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bersabda:
“Jika kamu mampu solat tasbih setiap hari, maka lakukanlah. Jika tidak mampu, maka lakukanlah setiap hari Jumaat atau sebulan sekali atau setahun sekali atau seumur hidup sekali“ (HR. Abu Daud dan Ibnu Majah)
Solat Tasbih ini dapat membuka pintu ampunan Allah SWT. di atas segala dosa, dari awal hingga akhir, lama maupun baru, disengaja atau tidak, kecil ataupun besar, nampak maupun tersembunyi.
Daripada Ibnu ‘Abbas RA; “Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam telah bersabda kepada bapa saudaranya Abbas bin Abdul Muthallib; ‘Wahai al-‘Abbas, bapa saudaraku! Sukakah aku berikan, aku kurniakan dan aku ajarkan kepadamu ‘sepuluh kelebihan’ jika kamu lakukannya, nescaya Allah akan mengampunkan dosa kamu dari awal hingga akhirnya, yang lama dan yang baru, yang tersalah dan yang disengajakan, yang kecil dan yang besar, yang tersembunyi dan yang terang-terangan; iaitulah kamu menunaikan solat empat rakaat di mana kamu membaca pada setiap rakaat surah al-Fatihah dan satu surah (yang lain), kemudian apabila selesai membaca (al-Fatihah dan surah itu) engkau bacalah ketika sedang berdiri itu; “سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر” (Subhanallah Walhamdulillah Walaa Ilaaha Ilallah Wallahu Akbar) sebanyak 15 kali. Kemudian kamu rukuk dan semasa rukuk itu kamu membaca sebagaimana bacaan tersebut sebanyak 10 kali. Kemudian kamu angkat kepalamu dari rukuk dan membaca 10 kali juga (ketika sedang berdiri I’tidal itu). Kemudian kamu sujud dan membaca semasa sujud sebanyak 10 kali. Kemudian kamu bangun dari sujud dan membaca 10 kali lagi. Kemudian kamu sujud semula dan membaca 10 kali juga. Kemudian engkau angkat kepalamu dari sujud dan membacanya 10 kali lagi sebelum bangun ke rakaat berikutnya. Demikianlah 75 kali pada setiap rakaat. Hendaklah kamu lakukannya dalam empat rakaat. Jika kamu dapat kerjakan solat itu pada setiap hari sekali, maka lakukanlah. Jika tidak mampu, lakukanlah sekali pada setiap jumaat. Jika tidak mampu, lakukanlah pada setiap bulan. Jika tidak mampu, lakukanlah pada setiap tahun. Jika tidak mampu juga, lakukanlah sekali seumur hidup.” (HR Imam Abu Daud, Ibnu Majah dan Ibnu Khuzaimah).
Cara Mendirikan Solat Sunat TasbihSolat sunat Tasbih dilakukan sebanyak empat rakaat dan satu salam sekiranya solat itu didirikan pada siang hari. Manakala jika didirikan pada malam hari, 4 rakaat itu dikerjakan dengan 2 salam (2 rakaat, 1 salam).
Harus diingat, walaupun 4 rakaat, solat ini mengambil masa yang agak lama (lebih kurang 4 minit) kerana ia diselangi bacaan tasbih. Setiap rakaat jumlah tasbihnya  75 kali, maka  jumlah keseluruhan tasbih yang dibaca adalah 75 tasbih  X 4  rakaat = 300 kali.
Caranya
1.Niat Solat Sunat Tasbih
a. Niat Solat Tasbih 2 Rakaat

U-shol-lii sun-na-tat Tas-biyh rok-’a-tai-ni lil-laa-hi ta-’aa-laa.
Artinya:
“Daku Solat Sunat Tasbih dua raka’at, kerana Allah Ta’ala.”
b. Niat Solat Tasbih 4 Rakaat

“U-shol-lii sun-na-tat Tas-biyh ar-ba-‘a rok-’a-tin lil-laa-hi ta-’aa-laa.”
Artinya:
“Daku Solat Sunat Tasbih empat raka’at, kerana Allah Ta’ala”
2. Surah-surah yang dianjurkan ulama ialah:
  • Rakaat 1:  Surah At-Takathur atau Ad-Dhuha
  • Rakaat 2:  Surah Al-Ashr atau Al-Insyiraah
  • Rakaat 3:  Surah al-Kafirun atau Al-Kauthar
  • Rakaat 4:  Surah Al-Ikhlas.atau An-Nashr.
3. Bacaan Tasbihnya ialah:

Maha Suci Allah dan segala pujian bagi Allah, dan tiada Tuhan melainkan Allah, dan Allah Maha Besar;   Dan tiada daya dan upaya melainkan dengan kekuatan Allah yang Maha Tinggi lagi Maha Agung.
Note:Buat permulaan sekiranya berasa berat, bacalah tasbih di atas pada barisan pertama sahaja.
4. Lakukanlah seperti solat-solat biasa yang lain beserta bacaannya, tetapi tambahlah bacaan tasbih di bawah di akhir setiap bacaan sebelum berpindah kepergerakan seterusnya.
5. Bacaan tasbih dalam satu rakaat ialah:
  • Selepas baca doa Iftitah, al-Fatihah dan surah, kita baca 15 kali tasbih
  • Rukuk – 10 kali tasbih
  • Iktidal – 10 kali tasbih
  • Sujud pertama – 10 kali tasbih
  • Duduk antara 2 sujud – 10 kali tasbih
  • Sujud kedua – 10 kali tasbih
  • Duduk sebentar (sebelum berdiri) seperti duduk diantara 2 sujud, – 10 kali tasbih.
6. Jumlah tasbih dalam satu rakaat ialah 75 tasbih. Lakukan perkara yang sama pada rakaat seterusnya. Ulang langkah 1-7 sampai 4 rakaat, jadi jumlah semuanya 300 tasbih.
7. Sekiranya terlupa membaca tasbih di satu-satu tempat, bolehlah digantikan di tempat berikutnya.
8. Harus diingat pada rakaat kedua (malam hari) atau keempat (siang hari) setelah membaca Tasyahhud, dibacakan juga Tasbih 10 kali sebelum memberi salam.
