Bulan Ramadan telah tiba dan sepatutnya kita sambut dengan riang gembira. Di bulan yang suci ini, umat beriman diwajibkan untuk menjalankan puasa sebagaimana umat-umat terdahulu.
Konsepsi umum tentang puasa yang disepakati khalayak adalah menahan segala yang membatalkan sejak subuh hingga waktu berbuka puasa atau maghrib.
Apa saja yang membatalkan? Banyak, mulai dari makan, minum, mengeluarkan mani (sperma) dengan sengaja hingga berhubungan badan (bahkan bagi suami-istri).
Kalau sudah malam atau bukan waktu puasa, makan, minum dan berhubungan badan bagi suami-istri boleh dilakukan.
Namun, ada juga yang bingung dan tidak tahu, setelah berhubungan badan antara suami-istri di bulan ramadan, apa yang harus dilakukan setelahnya agar tetap afdal puasanya.
Mandi Junub Dahulu Atau Sahur Terlebih Dahulu?Dilansir dari NU Online, sebetulnya tidak ada aturan yang melarang untuk langsung santap sahur sebelum mandi junub. Sebab hal tersebut bukan tergolong aktivitas yang dilarang bagi orang junub.
Sehingga tidak ada keharusan mana yang lebih didahulukan antara mandi junub terlebih dahulu atau langsung makan sahur.
Perlu diketahui, orang yang junub hanya dilarang melakukan 5 hal ini saja. Yaitu, shalat, membaca Al-Qur’an, memegang dan membawa mushaf, thawaf, serta berdiam diri di masjid.
Aktivitas yang dilarang bagi orang junub sendiri, disampaikan oleh Syekh Al-Qadli Abu Syuja’ dalam Matn al-Taqrib sebagai berikut:
وَيَحْرُمُ عَلَى الْجُنُبِ خَمْسَةُ أَشْيَاءَ اّلصَّلَاةُ وَقِرَاءَةُ الْقُرْآنِ وَمَسُّ الْمُصْحَفِ وَحَمْلُهُ وَالطَّوَافُ وَالُّلبْثُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ
“Haram bagi orang jubub lima hal: shalat, membaca Al-Qur’an, memegang dan membawa mushaf, thawaf, serta berdiam diri di masjid.” (al-Qadli Abu Syuja’, Matn al-Taqrib, Semarang, Toha Putera, tanpa tahun, halaman 11)
Hanya saja, bila melihat dari pertimbangan keutamaan, dianjurkan bagi orang junub untuk mandi janabah terlebih dahulu sebelum ia makan sahur.
Sebab, bagaimanapun juga kondisi janabah adalah kondisi yang kurang baik, terlebih untuk menjalankan aktivitas yang bernuansa ibadah seperti makan sahur.
Apabila terpaksa tidak sempat mandi janabah, misalkan karena waktu mepet, maka sebaiknya terlebih dahulu membasuh kemaluan dan berwudhu sebelum santap sahur.
Sebab, melakukan aktivitas makan dan minum bagi orang junub adalah makruh sebelum ia berwudhu dan membasuh kemaluannya. Syekh Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami mengatakan:
(وَيُكْرَهُ لِلْجُنُبِ الْأَكْلُ وَالشُّرْبُ وَالنَّوْمُ وَالْجِمَاعُ قَبْلَ غُسْلِ الْفَرْجِ وَالْوُضُوْءِ) لِمَا صَحَّ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ بِهِ فِي الْجِمَاعِ وَلِلْاِتِّبَاعِ فِي الْبَقِيَّةِ إِلَّا الشُّرْبَ فَمَقِيْسٌ عَلَى الْأَكْلِ
“Dimakruhkan bagi junub, makan, minum, tidur dan bersetubuh sebelum membasuh kemaluan dan berwudhu. Karena ada hadits shahih yang memerintahkan hal demikian dalam permasalahan bersetubuh, dan karena mengikuti sunah Nabi dalam persoalan lainnya, kecuali masalah minum, maka dianalogikan dengan makan.” (Syekh Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami, Minhaj al-Qawim, Hamisy Hasyiyah al-Turmusi, Jeddah, Dar al-Minhaj, 2011, juz 2, halaman 71)
