Bahwa semua hari adalah baik, Allah menciptakan hari sebagai ukuran waktu bagi manusia. Siapa yang mampu memanfaatkan dengan baik maka akan selamat. Salah satu hari yang istimewa berada pada hari Jumat. Lantas, bagaimana jika dari sudut pandang Islam yang memiliki arti lain dan menjadikan keistimewaan hari Jumat.
Kata Jumat diambil dari bahasa Arab Jumu’ah yang artinya beramai-ramai, hal tersebut diartikan dari tata cara ibadah umat muslim yang dilakukan pada hari Jumat. Kita semua telah mengetahui bahwa bagi kaum Adam wajib hukumnya untuk melakukan ibadah Shalat Jumat di masjid secara berjamaah.
Abu Hurairah meriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah bersabada: “Hari terbaik dimana pada hari itu matahari terbit adalah hari Jum’at. Pada hari itu Adam diciptakan, dimasukkan surga serta dikeluarkan darinya. Dan kiamat tidak akan terjadi kecuali pada hari Jum’at.”
Ibnu Qayyim berkata: “Sedekah pada hari itu (Jumat) dibandingkan dengan sedekah pada enam hari lainnya laksana sedekah pada bulan Ramadhan dibanding bulan-bulan lainnya”. Hadits dari Ka’ab menjelaskan: “Dan sedekah pada hari itu (Jumat) lebih mulia dibanding hari-hari selainnya.” (Mauquf Shahih)
Berikut ini adalah hadist-hadist mengenai amalan sekitar hari Jumat
1. Mandi
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رض يَقُوْلُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ ص يَقُوْلُ: مَنْ جَاءَ مِنْكُمُ اْلجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ
Dari ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar, ia berkata : Aku mendengar Rasulullah SAW bersabda, “Barangsiapa diantara kalian yang datang untuk shalat Jum’at hendaklah ia mandi”. [HR. Bukhari juz 1, hal. 215]
2. Memakai wangi-wangian dan bersiwak.
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ اْلاَنْصَارِيُّ قَالَ: اَشْهَدُ عَلَى اَبِى سَعِيْدٍ قَالَ: اَشْهَدُ عَلَى رَسُوْلِ اللهِ ص قَالَ: الْغُسْلُ يَوْمَ اْلجُمُعَةِ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلّ مُحْتَلِمٍ. وَ اَنْ يَسْتَنَّ وَ اَنْ يَمَسَّ طِيْبًا اِنْ وَجَدَ.
Dari ‘Amr bin Sulaim Al-Anshariy, ia berkata : Saya menyaksikan Abu Sa’id, ia berkata : Aku menyaksikan Rasulullah SAW, beliau bersabda, “Mandi pada hari Jum’at itu wajib atas setiap orang yang telah bermimpi, menggosok gigi dan memakai wewangian, jika ada”. [HR. Bukhari juz 1, hal. 212]
3. Memakai pakaian yang bagus.
عَنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ابْنِ سَلاَمٍ اَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ ص يَقُوْلُ عَلَى اْلمِنْبَرِ فىِ يَوْمِ اْلجُمُعَةِ: مَا عَلَى اَحَدِكُمْ لَو اشْتَرى ثَوْبَيْنِ لِيَوْمِ اْلجُمُعَةِ سِوَى ثَوْبَى مِهْنَتِهِ
Dari Ibnu Salam, bahwasanya ia mendengar Rasulullah SAW bersabda di atas mimbar pada hari Jum’at. “Apa kesulitannya salah seorang diantara kalian apabila membeli dua pakaian yang ia pakai untuk hari Jum’at, selain dari pakaian yang ia pakai untuk kerja/harian”. [HR. Ibnu Majah juz 1, hal. 348]
4. Berangkat awwal waktu
عَنْ اَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ اَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ ص قَالَ: عَلَى كُلّ بَابٍ مِنْ اَبْوَابِ اْلمَسْجِدِ مَلَكٌ يَكْتُبُ اْلاَوَّلَ فَاْلاَوَّلَ. مَثَّلَ اْلجَزُوْرَ ثُمَّ نَزَّلَهُمْ حَتَّى صَغَّرَ اِلَى مَثَلِ اْلبَيْضَةِ. فَاِذَا جَلَسَ اْلاِمَامُ طُوِيَتِ الصُّحُفُ وَ حَضَرُوْا الذّكْرَ
Dari Abu Hurairah bahwasanya Rasulullah SAW bersabda, “Pada setiap pintu masjid ada malaikat yang mencatat orang yang datang awwal, lalu yang datang berikutnya. Rasulullah SAW memberi gambaran orang yang datang awwal seperti berqurban seekor unta, kemudian mengecil hingga seperti orang yang berqurban sebutir telur. Maka apabila khathib sudah duduk, maka catatan itu ditutup, dan para malaikat datang untuk mendengarkan khutbah”. [HR. Muslim juz 2, hal. 587]
5. Shalat sunnah Intidhar
Pelaksanaannya dua raka’at salam, dua reka’at salam, dengan sirr (suara yang lembut) dan tidak terbatas bilangan raka’atnya, boleh dikerjakan menurut kemampuan dan kehendak masing-masing.
عَنْ اَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيّ ص قَالَ: مَنِ اغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ اَتَى اْلجُمُعَةَ فَصَلَّى مَا قُدّرَ لَهُ، ثُمَّ اَنْصَتَ حَتَّى يَـْفُرغَ مِنْ خُطْبَتِهِ، ثُمَّ يُصَلّى مَعَهُ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ اْلجُمُعَةِ اْلاُخْرَى وَفَضْلُ ثَلَاثَةِ اَيَّامٍ
Dari Abu Hurairah dari Nabi SAW, beliau bersabda, “Barangsiapa mandi di hari Jum’at kemudian datang ke shalat Jum’at, lalu shalat seberapa ia mampu, kemudian diam (mendengarkan khutbah) sehingga khatib selesai berkhutbah, lalu shalat bersama imam, niscaya diampuni dosanya antara dua Jum’at dan tiga hari sesudahnya. [HR. Muslim 2 : 587].
6. Shalat sunnah (ba’diyah) Jum’ah
Bila dikerjakan di masjid, 4 raka’at (2 raka’at salam, 2 raka’at salam).
عَنْ اَبِىْ هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ، قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ص: اِذَا صَلَّى اَحَدُكُمُ اْلجُمُعَةَ فَلْيُصَلّ بَعْدَهَا اَرْبَعًا
Dari Abu Hurairah, ia berkata : Rasulullah SAW bersabda, “Apabila seseorang diantara kalian shalat Jum’ah, maka hendaklah shalat sesudah itu 4 raka’at”. [HR Muslim juz 2, hal. 600].
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ اَنَّهُ كَانَ اِذَا صَلَّى اْلجُمُعَةَ، انْصَرَفَ، فَصَلَّى سَجْدَتَيْنِ فِى بَيْتِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ص يَصْنَعُ ذٰلِكَ
Dari ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar, bahwasanya dia apabila selesai shalat Jum’at, lalu pulang, kemudian shalat dua reka’at di rumahnya. Kemudian ia berkata, “Dahulu Rasulullah SAW melakukan yang demikian itu”. [HR. Ibnu Majah juz 1, hal. 358, no. 1130]
