1. SarapanJika masih menganggap sarapan itu nggak penting, maka ingatlah kesehatan jantung. Sarapan yang sehat menghindarkan perilaku makan berlebihan pada sesi makan berikutnya, makan sian dan malam, sehingga terhindari dari kegemukan.
Risiko penyakit jantung umumnya meningkat pada kondisi berat badan berlebih.
Menu makanan yang bagus untuk jantung adalah 5 porsi buah dan sayur dalam sehari. Sarapan ada sayur, sebelum makan siang ada buah, makan siang ada sayur, sebelum sore ada buah, dan makan malam ada sayur.

4. Berjalan KakiBerjalan kaki merupakan olahraga atau aktifitas paling bagus untuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan melancarkan aliran darah, jika dilakukan selama 30 menit dengan kecepatan 4 hingga 6 kilometer perjam.
Sebaiknya dilakukan minimal 3 kali seminggu. Olahraga aerobik seperti jalan cepat (jogging) secara rutin oleh orang sehat dapat menurunkan angka kejadian penyakit kardiovaskular dan menekan faktor-faktor risiko kardiovaskular lainnya seperti mengendalikan tekanan darah, menurunkan kadar kolesterol, dan menurunkan berat badan.
