Ini Alasan Syahrini Tak Datang Jadi Saksi di Sidang Kasus First Travel

Sebanyak 10 saksi berhasil dihadirkan tim jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) dalam sidang lanjutan atau sidang keenam kasus penipuan biro perjalanan umrah PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata atau First Travel di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Depok, Rabu (14/3/217).
Sebelumnya, ada 11 saksi dari JPU yang diagendakan bersaksi dalam sidang kali ini termasuk dua artis yakni Syahrini dan Vicky Shu.
Namun artis Syahrini tidak hadir, sehingga hanya 10 saksi yang bersaksi di persidangan kali ini.

Sementara Vicky Shu hadir dan sudah memberikan kesaksiannya.

Ketua Tim Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) dalam kasus ini, Heri Jerman, menuturkan bahwa dari hasil konfirmasi dengan manajemennya diketahui Syahrini tidak bisa hadir di sidang kali ini dengan alasan ada shooting yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan.
"Konfirmasi dari pihak manajemennya, Syahrini tidak hadir karena ada shooting. Benar atau tidak, kami belum konfirmasi kembali atau cek lagi," kata Heri, usai sidang di PN Depok, Rabu (14/3/2018).
Menurut Heri, pihaknya kembali membuat panggilan untuk Syahrini agar bisa datang bersaksi di sidang selanjutnya di PN Depok, Senin (19/3/2018) mendatang.
"Kami akan panggil lagi dan jadwalkan dia bersaksi di sidang berikutnya. Jadi kita lihat perkembangannya saja," kata Heri.
Menurut Heri, dalam kasus ini ada dua artis atau publik figur yang akan dimintai kesaksiannya. Yakni Syahrini dan Vicky Shu.

"Untuk Vicky sudah, jadi tinggal Syahrini," katanya.
Syahrini yang memiliki nama asli Rini Fatimah Jaelani memang kerap disebut jaksa dan saksi lain dalam persidangan kasus First Travel sebelumnya.
Dalam dakwaan Jaksa ke tiga bos First Travel yanh jadi terdakwa kasus ini, Syahrini disebut dibiayai umrah dengan fasilitas VIP plus oleh First Travel.

Syaratnya, selama perjalanan Syahrini menggunakan atribut First Travel yang akan ditampilkan dalam media promosi perusahaan perjalanan tersebut.
Syahrini juga harus membuat postingan dan vlog dua kali di akun media sosial miliknya sehari selama perjalanan yang dibiayai First Travel sebagai bagian dari promosi.
Karena promosi menggunakan Syahri ini pulalah, sejumlah agen dan calon jemaah umrah First Travel yang akhirnya menjadi korban, mengaku tertarik dan tergiur. Sebelum akhirnya mereka sadar telah tertipu, karena tak juga berangkat umrah.
