Aina Gamzatova, Wanita Muslim Rival Vladimir Putin di Pilpres Rusia

Nama Aina Gamzatova, 46 tahun, menjadi sorotan publik Rusia setelah resmi menyerahkan dokumen pencalonan diri sebagai kandidat dalam pemilihan presiden 2018 kepada Komisi Pusat Pemilu, Senin (1/1).

Gamzatova, perempuan muslim berusia 46 tahun,  akan menjadi salah satu lawan presiden petahana Vladimir Putin.

Putin  masih membidik kursi nomor satu di Rusia itu pada pemilu 18 Maret mendatang.

“Prosedur pengajuan dokumen telah selesai. Semuanya lancar, dia [Gamzatova] secara pribadi yang menyerahkan dokumen dan diterima oleh anggota kelompok kerja komisi pemilu, Yevgeny Shevchenko,” kata juru bicara Gamzatova, Gurizada Kamalova, dikutip kantor berita TASS, Selasa (2/1).

Gamzatova, jurnalis sekaligus pemimpin sebuah media Muslim terbesar di Rusia, Islam.ru. Istri dari kepala mufti di wilayah Dagestan itu dinominasikan sebagai capres oleh 542 warga wilayah berpenduduk mayoritas muslim di Rusia itu pada akhir 2017 lalu.

Sebagai calon independen tanpa dukungan partai apapun, Gamzatova masih harus mengumpulkan sebanyak 300 ribu tanda tangan warga dari seluruh penjuru Rusia agar dapat melenggang dalam persaingan pilpres 2018.

Sampai saat ini capres perempuan pertama itu belum menjelaskan secara rinci visi misinya. Sejauh ini dia hanya mengutarakan bahwa dirinya mengutamakan persatuan dan kohesi nasional. Namun, namanya sudah didukung oleh sejumlah tokoh Islam dan sorotan komunitas Muslim di Rusia.

Menurut pengamat pemilu, Gamzatova diperkirakan mampu meraup mayoritas suara pemilu di Dagestan dan wilayah utara Kaukasus lainnya.

Nama Gamzatova telah menjadi sorotan sejumlah media internasional dan media negara asing termasuk Indonesia.

Namun, sejumlah pihak menganggap Gamzatova tidak memiliki kesempatan sama sekali untuk memenangkan pemilu, walaupun 20 juta Muslim dari sekitar 140 juta warga Rusia diprediksi akan memilihnya.

Beberapa orang menganggap wanita lulusan perguruan tinggi jurusan filologi dan hukum itu seharusnya tidak melangkahi peran suaminya, di mana dalam ajaran Islam seorang istri harus patuh pada kepala keluarga.

“Bagaimana dengan pembelajaran moral selama ini yang menggambarkan bahwa wanita bahkan tidak boleh keluar rumah tanpa suaminya? atau dia bisa, dan undang-undang itu hanya untuk kita manusia biasa?” ujar Patimat Ibragimova, seorang perempuan Muslim dari Makhachkala, Dagestan.

Zakir Magomedov, seorang blogger terkemuka dari daerah itu bahkan menilai keinginan Gamzatova itu merupakan hal yang bodoh.

“Tentu saja, dia [Gamzatova] tidak akan menjadi presiden. Mendiskusikan itu bahkan adalah hal yang bodoh,” tulisnya.

Meski begitu, sebagian warga lainnya tetap memuji dan mendukung niat Gamzatova untuk maju di pilpres mendatang.

“Gamzatova adalah perempuan yang berani menggunakan hak hukumnya yang diberikan kepada setiap warga Rusia, untuk mencalonkan diri sebagai presiden dan menggelar kampanye pemilu yang layak,” kata Aisha Anastasiya Korchagina, warga etnis Rusia yang telah menjadi mualaf.

“Meski dia kalah, orang-orang akan selalu mengingat seorang wanita dengan hijab itu [Gamzatova] bukan lah perempuan biasa, tapi juga seorang pendidik yang bijaksana dan dihormati,” ucap wakil Menteri Olah Raga Dagestan, Gaidarbek Gaidarbekov, melalui akun Instagramnya.

Selain Gamzatova, seorang pemimpin veteran Partai Liberal dan Demokratis Rusia (LDPR), Vladimir Zhirinovsky, menjadi rival Putin selanjutnya. Sejauh ini, Zhirinovsky dianggap pesaing terberat Putin.

Sementara itu, menurut pemimpin Komisi Pusat Pemilu, Ella Pamfilova, mengatakan sebanyak 21 partai politik dan 30 politikus independen telah menyatakan keinginannya untuk mencalonkan diri di pemilu Maret nanti.
