Orangtua mana yang tidak panik ketika mengetahui buah hatinya hilang dengan sendirinya?

Apalagi anaknya tersebut baru berusia 16 hari, tidak mungkin bisa pergi dengan sendirinya, dan sudah pasti ada sosok penculik dibaliknya.

Namun, bagaimana jika pelaku penculikan tersebut ternyata bukanlah manusia, tetapi dilakukan oleh seekor monyet.

Mungkin, mendengarnya saja akan terasa aneh dan tak masuk akal, bagaimana bisa seekor monyet menculik bayi manusia. 

Akan tetapi hal itulah yang terjadi, setelah sebuah keluarga di desa Talabasta blok Banki di distrik Cuttack, India, melaporkan kejadian yang menimpanya tersebut.

Melansir Timesofindia peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada Sabtu (31/03/2018), dan insiden tersebut menimpa bayi yang baru saja lahir dan baru berusia 16 hari.

Akibat peristiwa ini, pejabat departemen kehutanan dan personel dinas pemadam kebakaran setempat, meluncurkan operasi penyelamatan besar-besaran.

Mereka menysuri beberapa daerah, dan melacak keberadaan bayi tersebut, namun mereka belum menemukan petunjuk bayi tersebut.

Menurut keterangan yang disebutkan, mengatakan orang tua bayi tersebut bernama Rama Krushna Nayak sedang tidur di beranda rumahnya, bersama bayinya.

Namun, tiba-tiba pada pukul 6 pagi seekor monyet menyambangi rumahnya dan mengangkat bayi tersebut.

Saksi yang melihat kejadian tersebut, adalah istri Nayak sendiri, ketika sedang melakukan pekerjaan rumah tangga.

Namun, sebelum istri Nayak bergegas untuk melakukan seuatu, si Monyet terlebih dahulu mengangkat bayi tersebut.

Lalu monyet membawanya pergi, dan istri Nayak langsung membangunkan Nayak dan anggota keluarga lainnya untuk mencari monyet tersebut.

Namun usahanya terlambat, karena monyet tersebut lebih dulu kabur, dan tak diketahui keberadaannya hingga kini.

Pasca penculikan tersebut, keluarga ini hanya berpasrah pada petugas yang kini tengah melakukan pencarian terhadap bayinya.

Sebanyak 30 anggota dari departemen kehutanan dibantu beberapa warga dikerahkan, mereka menyusuri semua area hutan, dan mencari keberadaan bayi ini.

Menurut laporan, derah ini sering mendapat keluhan tentang serangan monyet, dan beberapa hari sebelumnya polisi juga menerima laporan, keluhan warga tentang penyerangan monyet.
