Sosok pemuda yang mengacungkan senjata api di tol dalam kota membuat banyak warganet penasaran.

Teza Irawan nekat mengeluarkan senjata api jenis revolver dari balik jendela mobil Toyota Fortuner yang dikendarainya pada Kamis (29/3/2018).

Melansir Kompas.com, Kanit I Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Malvino mengatakan, peristiwa tersebut terjadi pukul 15.00 WIB saat Teza melintas di tol dalam kota dari Grogol menuju Cawang.

"Jadi pada waktu itu sebuah unit mobil Toyota Fortuner Nopol B 1090 FCY warna hitam melaju dengan cara ugal-ugalan dan menyalakan lampu strobo," ujar Malvino, Kamis (29/3/2018).

Ketika mobil tersebut melintas tepat di depan Rumah Sakit Dharmais, Jakarta Barat, kata dia, tiba-tiba mobil tersebut berhenti dan mengeluarkan senjata jenis revolver keluar jendela karena ingin mendahului dan memotong antrean keluar tol.

"Karena takut membahayakan pengemudi lainnya, kemudian seorang anggota satuan PJR (patroli jalan raya) Induk 1 Dit Lantas Polda Metro Jaya mengikuti mobil tersangka dari belakang," ujar dia.

Malvino mengatakan, ketika mobil itu melintas di gerbang tol Kuningan, polisi memberhentikannya.


Dari tangan pelaku, polisi mengamankan sepucuk senjata airsoft gun jenis revolver merek S&W 14K15674, dua butir amunisi tajam kaliber 3.8 mm, 6 butir amunisi airsoft gun sebuah sarung senjata, KTP, SIM dan mobil Teza.

"Pelaku telah menguasai, membawa, mempunyai persediaan padanya atau mempunyai dalam miliknya, menyimpan, menyembunyikan suatu senjata api berikut amunisi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 1951," kata Malvino.
