Kejadian ini diunggah oleh akun facebook Yuni Rusmini yang mengunggah video terduga pelakor mendapatkan perlakuan keji dari istri sah karena berselingkuh dengan suaminya.

Terduga pelakor mendapat siksaan hingga nafasnya tersenggal-senggal.

Istri sah masih saja tidak puas menyiksa terduga pelakor. Ia kemudian memaksa terduga pelakor untuk melepaskan celananya. Di video kedua celana terduga pelakor masih terpasang, di video ketiga celana sudah terlepas.
