Mengutip dream.co.id, KH Muhammad Nur Hayid. Pria yang akrab dengan sapaan Gus Hayid ini menegaskan pelakor maupun pebinor memiliki konsekuensi hukum haram dalam Islam.

“Jelas, Islam menghukuminya haram, pelaku pelakor dan pelaku pebinor,” ujar Gus Hayid kepada Dream, Selasa, 12 Desember 2017.

Gus Hayid merinci dasar pelakor dan penibor dihukumi haram. Menurut dia, pelaku ingin berbuat jahat, merusak tatanan sosial kemasyarakatan, serta menyakiti istri dan suami serta anak-anak dari pria atau wanita yang direbutnya.

“Ini membahayakan maka bagi para pelaku pelakor dan pebinor dosanya bisa dobel, berkali-kali lipat,” kata Gus Hayid.

Anggota Komisi Dakwah MUI Pusat ini menjelaskan para wanita dan pria yang merusak rumah tangga orang lain mendapatkan tiga dosa sekaligus. Dosa pertama yaitu merebut pasangan sah orang lain, disamakan dengan mencuri.

“Satu dosa merebut istri orang, itu hukumnya jelas mencuri, merebut berarti mengambil hak yang tidak boleh diambil kecuali dengan cara yang halal,” ucap dia.

Dosa kedua, kata Gus Hayid, menyakiti istri, anak dan keluarga. Dalam Islam, perbuatan ini sangat jelas dilarang.

“Seorang Muslim yang satu adalah saudara dengan Muslim yang lain. Konsekuensinya dari bersaudara adalah dia tidak boleh menyakiti sedikitpun dengan kata-katanya, dengan lisannya, atau dengan perilakunya,” imbuh Gus Hayid.

Sedangkan dosa yang ketiga, menurut ustaz yang juga menjabat sebagai Sekjen Himpunan Pengusaha Santri Indonesia ini, yaitu perzinahan.

“Pelakor ini punya motif yang sangat jahat yaitu perzinahan. Kalau dia tidak ingin meminta dengan cara baik-baik, dengan izin, tentu ngobrol dengan istri dan keluarganya nggak mau,” tutur Gus Hayid.

“Akhirnya si perempuan ini akan sembunyi-sembunyi. Sehingga merayu dan terjadilah perzinahan,” ucap dia melanjutkan.

Hayid menegaskan perbuatan pelakor dan pebinor akan mendapatkan azab dua kali lipat lebih berat. Maka dari itu, janganlah sesekali mendekati perbuatan ini karena sangat buruk dan jalan yang keji.

“Semoga kita semua dijaga dan diselamatkan oleh Allah dari perilaku-perilaku yang buruk dan kotor ini yaitu perilaku pelakor dan pebinor,” tutupnya.
