Hukum Puasa Mutih dan Puasa Wedal. Saya mau bertanya tentang Islam yang benar itu seperti apa?

1. Dari beberapa teman saya banyak yang melakukan puasa mutih, puasa wedal (hari lahir), dan masih banyak lagi. Yang saya tanyakan apa hukumnya puasa" tersebut? dibolehkankah? apakah ada dalilnya?

2. Di samping puasa tersebut dibarengkan dengan wirid/dzikir tertentu sesuai apa maksud yang ditujunya. Yang saya tanyakan, apakah memang ada di Islam seperti itu? Yang saya tau yang diwiridkan lafadz Allah dan juga “jangajawokan”? Apakah wirid dengan jangjawokan itu memang benar?

Tolong penjelasannya, terimakasih sebelumnnya saya orang awam yang hanya ingin tau sebenarnya islam yang benar itu seperti apa??

JAWAB:
Islam yang benar itu seperti yang tercantum dalam Al-Quran, Al-Hadits, dan Ijma Ulama --tiga sumber utama ajaran Islam.

1. Puasa mutih, puasa wedal, tidak termasuk puasa sunah apalagi wajib dalam Islam. Artinya, tidak termasuk dalam ajaran Islam. Islam hanya mengenal puasa wajib (Ramadhan) dan puasa sunah.

Puasa sunah dalam Islam a.l. puasa enam hari di Bulan Syawwal, puasa Hari `Arafah dan Hari `Asyura (hari kesepuluh bulan Muharram atau hari kesembilannya), puasa di Bulan Muharram, puasa di Bulan Sya'ban, puasa Senin dan Kamis, puasa tiga hari dari setiap bulan Hijriyyah (tgl 13, 14, 15), puasa Nabi Dawud (selang sehari), dan puasa pada hari kesembilan Bulan Dzul Hijjah.

Lagi pula, puasa mutih itu hakikatnya tidak puasa, karena tetap makan/minum yang putih-putih.

Dalam Islam ada puasa mutih, namun yang dimaksud adalah Puasa Sunnah “Ayyamul Bidh” (hari-hari putih), yaitu pusa tiga hari di pertengahan bulan Qamariyah.

Dari Abu Dzar, dia berkata: “Kami diperintahkan Rasulullah Saw untuk berpuasa pada tiga hari putih dalam sebulan, yakni tanggal 13, 14, 15.” (HR. An-Nasa'i dan Ibnu Hibban).

2. Dalam Islam tidak ada dzikir/wirid “jangjawokan” seperti Anda ceritakan. Itu adalah “tradisi kuno”, namun ditambah dengan lafadz Allah atau ayat-ayat Quran agar tampak “Islami”. Umat Islam wajib menjauhinya.*
