Tujuh Pahala Puasa Ramadhan

Puasa (shaum) Ramadhan sungguh mengandung berkah yang tak terhingga. Puasa satu-satunya ibadah yang hanya diketahui oleh Allah SWT dan diri sendiri. 

Puasa pun untuk Allah dan Dia langsung yang memberikan pahala atau kebaikan bagi orang yang berpuasa. 

Setidaknya ada tujuh pahala bagi orang berpuasa:

1. PENEBUS DOSA

 “Shalat lima waktu, hari jumat dengan jumat yang lainnya dan antara Ramadhan dengan Ramadhan lainnya, adalah sebagai penebus dosa selama tidak berbuat dosa besar.” (HR. Muslim).

2. PEMBERI SYAFAAT

“Puasa dan Al-Qur’an itu akan memberikan syafaat kepada seorang hamba pada hari kiamat nanti. Puasa akan berkata: “Wahai Tuhanku, saya telah menahannya dari makan dan nafsu syahwat di waktu siang, karenanya perkenankanlah aku untuk memberikan syafaat kepadanya”. Al-Qur’an berkata: “Saya telah melarangnya dari tidur di malam hari, karenanya perkenankan aku untuk memberi syafaat kepadanya. Beliau bersabda, ”Maka syafaat keduanya diperkenankan.” (HR. Ahmad).

3. DUA KEBAHAGIAAN

"Demi Allah yang jiwa Muhammad berada di tangan-Nya, sesungguhnya bau mulut orang yang berpuasa itu lebih harum di sisi Allah daripada bau minyak kesturi di hari kiamat. Dan bagi orang yang berpuasa itu mempunyai dua kegembiraan, yaitu ketika berbuka dan ketika berjumpa dengan Rabbnya, ia gembira dengan puasanya.” (HR. Bukhari dan Muslim).

4. PAHALA BESAR

"Abu Umamah Al-Bahili penah berkata: saya berkata: Wahai Rasulullah, tunjukkan kepadaku suatu amalan yang Allah dapat memberikan manfaat kepadaku dengannya”. Maka Rasulullah saw. pun menjawab : “Hendaknya kamu berpuasa, karena puasa itu tidak ada tandingan (pahala)-nya.” (HR. Nasa’i).

5. JAUH DARI FITNAH

“Fitnah (ujian) seseorang dalam keluarga (istri), harta, anak, dan tetangganya dapat ditutupi dengan shalat, puasa, dan sedekah.” (HR. Bukhari dan Muslim).

6. PERISAI DIRI

“Puasa itu adalah perisai yang dapat melindungi diri seorang hamba dari api neraka.” (HR. Ahmad)

7. PINTU KHUSUS KE SURGA

“Sesungguhnya di dalam surga itu terdapat satu pintu yang diberi nama Ar-Rayyan. Dari pintu tersebut orang-orang yang berpuasa akan masuk di hari kiamat nanti dan tidak seorang pun yang masuk ke pintu tersebut kecuali orang-orang yang berpuasa. Dikatakan kepada mereka: “Di mana orang-orang yang berpuasa?”. Maka mereka pun masuk melaluinya. Dan apabila orang terakhir dari mereka telah masuk, maka pintu tersebut ditutup sehingga tidak ada seorang pun yang masuk melalui pintu tersebut. Barangsiapa yang masuk, maka ia akan minum minuman surga. Dan barangsiapa yang minum minuman surga, maka ia tidak akan haus selamanya.” (HR. Bukhari dan Muslim). Wallahu a’lam.*
